Telehealth
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way but that shouldn't delay your wellbeing. If you need support but can’t attend in-person appointments, we offer virtual therapy and psychiatric care through telehealth. Telehealth enables us to provide counseling and therapy via live video conferencing, accessible from any computer or smartphone.
In Person Sessions
Perhaps virtual sessions aren't for you. We offer two physical offices conveniently located in Uniondale, NY and Glen Cove, NY. Our offices are private settings which help provide a feeling of comfort and safety.
